ZEMAC is a commercial partner of Idromec Spa, a leading manufacturer of presses and shears for scrap and metals, which has also developed an innovative press for the waste sector: the Idromec PR27 multi-material press.
The press does not require fixing to the ground and is completely mobile, it does not need to be loaded by force by a belt; it has a loading hopper and a pusher with cutting blades that cut the excess material leaving it available for the next load.
Just load it with a traditional wheel loader. The PR27 has a double pressing system, compared to traditional paper presses, this increases the density of the material. At the exit, a steel wire binding system which binds clockwise ensures a good closure and favors the grip of the pack.
The press is available in both electric and diesel engines.
